1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Customers must provide photos or videos as proof of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are generally non-returnable:
- Open Terrariums
- Closed Terrariums
- Kokedama Terrariums
- Custom or commissioned paintings
- Oil Paintings
- Acrylic Paintings
- Mixed Media Paintings
Returns will not be accepted if the product was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or change of mind after purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request should include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be provided for damaged or incorrect items if reported within 48 hours of delivery and subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
