At Leaf n Line, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of our handcrafted Terrariums and Paintings. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when customers may cancel their orders.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Your name and email used for the order
• Your cancellation request

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be canceled if:

• The order has already been processed
• The order has been shipped
• The item has been prepared for dispatch
• The product is custom-made or commissioned

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Cancellation Due to Out-of-Stock Items

Leaf n Line may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or due to inventory errors. In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be provided.

5. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Information

We reserve the right to cancel orders if incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, or invalid payment details are detected.
